In 2017, the team has grown to second in the 6-state region for number of homes sold. As a top producer, he has repeatedly been recognized for superior customer service and has earned the respect of colleagues and clients for the exceptional results he delivers, speaking at national Keller Williams conferences such as Family Reunion and Masterminds.

Ryan is the only real estate agent in the area who is also a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota, and he has made a career of providing high-quality, professional and personalized service to help clients achieve their goals since becoming a Realtor in 2004. The client experience is Ryan’s focus, and as his top-notch customer support team expands, he continues to seek out the best resources, technology and education in the industry to support his client’s needs.

Ryan feels fortunate to live and work in the area he grew up in and is privileged to have served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS, the Lake Region Association of REALTORS, and the Fergus Falls Area College Foundation, as well as serving on the Otter Tail County Young Life Committee, Inspiration Point and church boards. In addition, Ryan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS.

Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart, Maria (Larrivy) Hanson, and has three active young boys, Owen, Lucas and Jacob. Ryan loves calling this area home and appreciates the opportunity to help clients experience all that the Minnesota Lakes Area has to offer.
